Weight Loss results vary dramatically from person to person depending on how committed they are to the program, their current level of health and fitness and how much weight they need to lose overall. On average people lose anywhere from ½ - 3 kilos per week, however because we recommend strength training to help build muscle (which in turn burns fat) 1 kilo per week is a great target. Remember also, that the scale isn’t the only test, so check other indicators such as your waistline measurement and how well your clothes are fitting you. Individual results may vary and are dependent upon various factors such as your weight when you start, your target weight loss goal, your level of exercise, presence of medical conditions, use of medications, accuracy with program compliance, etc. As with most programs, we recommend that you consult with your physician prior to starting any weight loss program. Can I use the Nutrition Complete meals interchangeably? One of the great benefits of the Nutrition Complete Meals is that they may be used interchangeably. If you feel like something sweet you can use one of the dessert meals for afternoon tea, if you feel like a breakfast recipe for lunch you can do that, or if you want an afternoon tea meal for dinner you can do that too! What if I am always on the road or have limited time to make meals, how can I fit in 6 meals a day? Nutrition Complete is based on real foods, so there is no ‘requirement’ for you to use protein bars, powders or meal replacements. However, if you have a busy schedule then you can replace up to 3 meals per day with protein bars, shakes or meal replacements. If you are busy, but not necessarily on the road, you will find quite a few recipes that don’t require cooking and only take 3-5 minutes to make and are really yummy! Using Nutrition Complete is as easy as the steps below: 01. Personalise your membership... By completing your goals and dietary preferences page, the meal planner will be able to identify how many calories per day you need in order to achieve your goals. Personalise and tailor your meal planner by providing important information such as: » Do you have any dietary preferences? (Recipes that are vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free etc) » How much time you have available to make your meals? » Are there any specific types of food you don’t like? 02. Create your meal planner... Your meal planner will show you how many calories and nutrients you require on a daily basis to achieve your goals, whether they are to lose or maintain weight. Then, in a click of a few buttons you can create a personalised meal planner for an entire week that is filled with mouth-watering recipes that taste, are easy to make and suitable for the whole family to eat. 03. Print your shopping list... Getting your shopping list organised doesn’t need to be a chore any longer! Simply select the dates you would like to print your shopping list for and select how many people you cook for at each meal and your shopping list will automatically be calculated from your meal planner. If you already have items in your pantry, simply edit the quantities or delete them from your list before printing. 04. Hundreds of recipes to choose from... Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean eating boring food. As part of your membership you will find a mouth-watering selection of meals from around the world all carefully prepared for you so that they taste great, are quick and easy to make and, of course, they are good for you. If you would like to add your own recipe, that’s ok too. There is a ‘create recipe’ section that you can add recipes to, plus you can add recipes to your favourites to make them easy to find too. 05. Tracking your progress... Keeping track of your weight and measurements regularly is an important part of monitoring your progress. As part of your Nutrition Complete membership, you can enter your weight and measurements regularly: you can either view an overall report of these in date order or go to your reports section and see them as a bar graph.
