If you have a goal like one of these or anything pertaining to fitness and weight loss, then we can help you.

The first and most important step is the initial consultation.

It is here that we get to know each other. I will ask you lots of questions so that I can establish what will be the most effective nutrition and exercise needed to achieve your goals. Questions will relate to any health issues, injuries, your current eating patterns, your lifestyle and any past exercise you may have done.

From here we discuss your goals and nutrition. Then we work out an action plan for your exercise sessions based around what time you have available and your lifestyle.

Then we begin the training which will be customised to get the most effective results for YOUR body.

Your best results will come from one-on-one training, but if you’d like to train with a friend we can do that as well.
